Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Conduct

Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. All guests must follow posted rules and staff instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual for unsafe, disruptive, destructive, or inappropriate behavior.

2. Assumption of Risk & Health Disclosure

Racing simulator participation involves inherent risks including motion sickness, dizziness, fatigue, muscle strain, and aggravation of existing medical conditions.

Individuals who are pregnant, prone to seizures, sensitive to motion, or have heart, neck, back, or neurological conditions should consult a physician before participating.

By participating, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.

3. Equipment & Technical Interruptions

Our simulators use advanced hardware and software systems. Temporary malfunctions, calibration issues, or interruptions may occur.

Liability is limited to rescheduling the affected session or issuing a discretionary credit or refund. We are not responsible for indirect damages or competitive outcomes.

4. Bookings, Refunds & Payment Disputes

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Refunds and cancellations are governed by policies displayed at checkout.

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes constitute a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to recover associated costs.

5. Alcohol & BYOB Policy

BYOB may be permitted under specific conditions. Guests are solely responsible for their alcohol consumption.

We may deny participation to intoxicated individuals. G-Force assumes no liability for incidents arising from alcohol use.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless G-Force Racing Lounge, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation or misconduct.

7. No Performance Guarantee

Simulator sessions, coaching, leagues, and events are provided for entertainment and training purposes only. We do not guarantee racing improvement or competition results.

8. League & Competition Rules

Competitive events are governed by event-specific rules. Participants agree to abide by published rules and steward decisions.

All steward decisions are final.

9. Media Release

By entering our facility, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional purposes unless you notify staff in writing.

10. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey. You waive participation in class actions.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control including power outages, natural disasters, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Venue for permitted court actions shall be Union County, NJ.

13. Electronic Agreement

By booking online or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Electronic acceptance constitutes a binding agreement.
